Digital Reach Agency is a full-service digital marketing agency for B2B SaaS & Tech companies. We're an enthusiastic, open-minded team of compassionate and talented people. Our company prides itself on the amazing people who are a part of our team – employee well-being is our priority, our work matters to us, we foster growth & learning in the workplace, and have implemented initiatives to ensure we're engaging our team and empowering every member to succeed.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Coordinator (Contractor) is a critical part of how Digital Reach keeps its revenue engine running and sales team supported so they can spend time selling! In this role, you'll own the day-to-day accuracy of our SFDC and support the sales team with data updates, research, proposal creation, and sales event and travel logistics. Without this role, deal data becomes outdated, proposals and deal rooms slow down, and the sales team loses hours to admin work.

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Data Management: Keep Salesforce accurate and current through frequent (every-other-day minimum) reviews and end-of-day updates — you'll need to learn our specific engagement types to do this well, and understand our contracts. Additionally, you’ll be the sales team’s support as a project manager to support our RevOps team in any data projects
  • Asana Infrastructure: Learn our existing Asana setup and build out better systems for sales ops, including new sales templates, marketing interfacing; keep AE project/task cleanliness on track and follow up on red/overdue tasks
  • Event & Travel Coordination: Manage sales team travel logistics, agendas, and planning
  • Webinar Workflow: Own the inbound webinar response workflow in HubSpot, including LinkedIn touches, and support outbound copy/planning as needed
  • Gifting: Coordinate advocacy, new-job, and onboarding gifting (Snappy & Postal) including message frameworks
  • Proposals: Support in building Qwilr proposals and Aligned deal rooms, including templates and process documentation
  • Passthrough SOW Management: Create and manage passthrough tasks (e.g. NICE, Ping Identity) with full context for fulfillment, plus related SFDC updates
  • Pre-Meeting Research: Build pre-discovery research sheets covering contact names, LinkedIn profiles, website/SEO analysis (Ahrefs), and general account intel

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Interest in B2B SaaS Go-To-Market, RevOps, and Sales Ops
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Close attention to detail, especially for data accuracy and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Event planning or travel coordination experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, RevOps support, CRM data hygiene, or general coordinator or administrative support
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Qwilr, Aligned, or similar CRM, project management, or proposal tools
  • Experience supporting account executives and sales leadership
  • Located in the United States

Benefits
  • Anticipated Hours: 5-15/week, possibility of ramping up dependent on projects
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Remote Work

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
