We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations and Strategy Lead to support the execution of key initiatives within our Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to drive operational excellence across a dynamic advertising organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Strategy: Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex sales operations and go-to-market projects, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and strategic priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Drive collaboration and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Financial Operations, Data Analytics and Monetization teams to define project scope, establish realistic timelines, and ensure successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Performance Analytics & Insights: Develop, manage, and present comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools that track key performance indicators, sales funnel metrics, and performance benchmarks, providing actionable insights to leadership.

  • Operational Excellence & Strategic Influence: Proactively identify significant operational inefficiencies and emerging trends within the sales cycle, formulating and presenting data-driven recommendations that directly influence strategic decisions and drive substantial process improvements.

  • Meeting Facilitation & Decision Making: Design, organize, and lead high-impact project meetings, preparing detailed agendas and materials, facilitating strategic discussions, and ensuring timely resolution of action items and critical decisions.

  • Process Optimization & Best Practice Implementation: Champion initiatives focused on significantly enhancing sales productivity, re-engineering workflows, and scaling best practices across the organization, potentially leading small teams or task forces.

  • Documentation & Systems Governance: Establish and maintain robust project documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge bases, ensuring consistency, transparency, and continuity across multiple teams and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4-8  years of relevant experience in project management, sales operations, or a related role (preferably within digital media, publishing, or advertising).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to translate technical or strategic details into clear action plans.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau and AirTable similar project management and reporting platforms.

  • A team player with a proactive mindset, eager to learn and take ownership of their work.

The compensation for this position ranges from $72,750.00 - $151,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
