About the job:

We’re seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analysis with deep expertise in supporting Sales and a curious, solution-oriented mindset. In this role, you’ll lead strategic projects, assist in pipeline and forecast analytics, manage YoY planning, and supply Sales ad-hoc assistance.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, GBD, Data teams, and other Go-To-Market functions—leveraging strong presentation skills, spreadsheet fluency, and big-picture thinking while anticipating downstream impacts. You should be able to clearly communicate and present ideas, issues, and solutions to executives. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable owning projects end-to-end and thrives on turning challenges into meaningful outcomes to help Sales drive the business.

What you will do:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to own and manage Sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Build and deliver executive-level business reviews and in-dept pipeline analysis with product and industry focus
  • Analyze historical and current financial data to help Sales Leaders understand the state of the business and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Evaluate multiple datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of Analytics and/or Quantitative experience with Annual Recurring Revenue and/or Forecasting
  • Strong communication skills with several years of practice in presenting and delivering information to Sales Leaders
  • Proficiency in partnering closely with cross-functional teams and regional business stakeholders as well as the capability to work independently
  • High level of adaptability with excellent attention to detail skills
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with intellectual curiosity
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Tableau or another Data Visualization tool, and Google Suite

The salary range for this position is $77,520.00 - $124,020.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
