We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Senior Leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.

This is a high-impact position well-suited for someone with a passion for data integrity, strong technical skills, and an eagerness to support strategic growth through operational excellence.


Here's How You Will Make an Impact

  • Leverage Curative’s extensive datasets to support business leaders with Sales KPIs, Activity Metrics, and Revenue Performance
  • Collaborate with a team of Sales, Operations and Strategy to define and lead data projects from data ingestion, integrity, analysis and future efficiency recommendations.
  • Play a key role in creating ad-hoc and evergreened reports for sales and client analytics.

About you

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in business analytics, sales operations or data/reporting roles.
  • Excellent visualization and storytelling skills to explain your results and solutions to the stakeholders, clearly and compellingly.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Fast learner; curiosity about and passion for data.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, data cleaning)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Systems
  • Experience with BI or Data Automation Tools is a plus.
