What you will do

  • Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations you will support forecast and pipeline reporting across teams, partnering with Sales Ops Managers to provide weekly visibility to leadership.
  • You will build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Salesforce, Google Sheets, Clari, and other tools.
  • You will partner with Sales Ops leadership to support territory assignments, quota data, and account segmentation exercises.
  • You will drive data hygiene and system accuracy across Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms.
  • You will collaborate with Enablement, Marketing Ops, Customer Success, Finance and Channel to align on reporting standards and shared metrics.
  • You will provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for strategic initiatives and business reviews.
  • You will assist with tool adoption and process documentation to ensure consistency across the global Sales org.

What you will bring with you

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics in a SaaS company.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting data inconsistencies.
  • Exposure to other GTM tools including Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Quip.
