We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Analyst for lead routing and lead management within Salesforce to join our team. As a member of the Sales & Business Office (SBO) department, this role will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate transition of inbound leads to the correct sales team member based on established business rules. This role will also work to reduce poor quality leads from being routed to sales and report back to marketing and other departments on specific lead types, channels and or campaigns that are generating lower quality leads to be mitigated. Additional Sales Operations Analyst assignments aligning with the individuals' qualifications will also be assigned as needed.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

What You'll Do
- Ensure the timely and accurate transition of inbound marketing leads to the correct sales team member based on established business rules.
- Research inbound leads for duplicates, open opportunities, account verification and current product status.
- Remove/reduce poor quality leads from being routed to sales to improve time efficiency.
- Reply to the dealer via email if the lead is for a solution they are either not eligible for at this time or the account is already a current customer for better dealer experience.
- Analyze, track and report back to marketing with insights into channels and campaigns that are generating lower quality leads to be mitigated.
- Identify trends to determine how to increase higher quality leads and/or better information to match inbound leads.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests according to pre-determined SLAs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and SBO departments to optimize lead routing process and completeness of lead data.
- Additional Sales Operations tier 1 related activities as time allows, such as referral assignment and ad hoc projects as needed
- Monitor and analyze lead quality, routing efficiency and partner with marketing and sales to troubleshoot errors.

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Communications, etc.) and 2 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations etc.); The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years of related experience or 6 years' experience in a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and demonstrate initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Work Ethic: Must be willing and able to "roll up the sleeves"
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Apps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
