The Sales Operations Analyst, CRM will serve as the primary administrator and strategic partner for Salesforce CRM, driving system optimization, governance, and user adoption across the global sales organization. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, efficient territory management, and seamless customer onboarding. The analyst will also lead forecasting, pipeline management, reporting automation, and Power BI integrations to support data-driven decision-making. 

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Planning and is based onsite at our Irvine, CA office.

As the Sales Operations Analyst, CRM, you will have an opportunity to influence the following areas:

CRM Administration & Optimization 

  • Serve as the Salesforce CRM administrator, managing user access, profiles, and permissions. 

  • Lead CRM governance initiatives to ensure consistent data standards and usage across teams. 

  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve usability and performance. 

Customer & Data Management 

  • Oversee new customer onboarding processes within Salesforce. 

  • Maintain Customer Master data integrity and ensure alignment with business rules. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality. 

Sales Territory Management 

  • Manage sales territory assignments and updates within Salesforce. 

  • Develop and maintain territory maps and optimize coverage models. 

  • Support strategic territory planning and realignment initiatives. 

Sales Process & Forecasting 

  • Enable accurate forecasting through opportunity and pipeline management best practices. 

  • Monitor Salesforce activity tracking and ensure compliance with sales processes. 

  • Partner with sales leadership to refine forecasting methodologies and reporting cadence. 

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI. 

  • Integrate CRM data with Power BI for advanced analytics and performance insights. 

  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership through regular reporting. 

Sales Enablement & Communication 

  • Act as the central hub for sales communications, training, and engagement. 

  • Develop and deliver CRM training materials and sessions for sales representatives. 

  • Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes. 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or related role. 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Power BI; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities. 

  • Experience with territory planning tools and customer data management systems is a plus.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
