Your Role:

As a Sales Operation Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our sales organization by designing and optimizing sales policies, managing operational processes, supporting incentive programs, reconciling customer payments, and delivering data-driven insights.

This role serves as a critical operational backbone of the sales organization—building the systems, processes, and visibility that enable our sales teams to focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support end-to-end sales execution processes across sales, finance, legal, and operations teams
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Develop and refine sales policies aligned with business objectives
  • Support sales incentive programs and ensure accurate commission payouts
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Coordinate customer payment reconciliation with finance teams
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reporting dashboards
  • Support forecasting and provide data-driven insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align execution and strategy

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in a management role. Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment.
  • User Orientation: Strong focus on delivering high-touch, user-first experiences.
  • Technology Fluency: Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce); data-literate and KPI-oriented.
  • Collaboration: Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, service, and operations.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with incentive and commission management
  • Exposure to payment reconciliation processes
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset

Salary Range:

($130,000-$150,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
