About the team:

We are seeking a Sales Onboarding and Enablement Specialist (Contractor) to support our global onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring our GTM teams ramp up quickly, effectively, and confidently.

This contractor role offers a mix of strategy, content creation, facilitation, and operations, perfect for someone who wants to grow into a future enablement manager or program owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Expand Global Sales Onboarding:

    • Conduct quarterly onboarding boot camps for GTM teams

    • Develop onboarding playbooks, welcome kits, and guided learning paths

  • Monitor onboarding KPIs such as time-to-first-meeting and time-to-first-deal

  • Support Operational and Administrative Tasks to keep enablement content updated and accessible.

  • Produce engaging content, newsletters, and Slack posts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven track record of executing programs from start to finish.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas into clear content.

  • Experience in supporting onboarding programs, internal training, or team enablement initiatives.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.

  • Motivated by helping others succeed and improving team performance through training and structure.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with enablement or learning platforms like Absorb, Confluence, and Gong.

  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom and Google Suite.

  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles or instructional design best practices.

  • Experience collecting or analyzing training-related metrics (e.g., ramp time, certification completion).

Work Arrangement:

This role is remote-first within the United States, with the option to work from our San Francisco office if preferred. We value flexibility and autonomy while maintaining connection through collaborative tools and intentional touchpoints with the global team. The position is offered at $35-$45 per hour, with a contract term of four to five months and the possibility of extension.
