The Sales & Marketing Specialist at KontrolFreek manages B2B sales support, marketing initiatives, performance data analysis, and brand integrity operations to drive growth and profitability.
KontrolFreek is seeking a dynamic and highly-organized Sales & Marketing Specialist to serve as a critical link between our global sales teams, marketing programs, and operational execution. In this role, you will be the engine room for our go-to-market efforts, ensuring our B2B sales partners are equipped for success, our marketing activities are data-driven, and our brand is protected across all channels. You will manage key operational workflows, from tracking new product launches to analyzing performance metrics, making a direct impact on our growth and profitability.
Sales & Partner Enablement:
- Serve as a primary support hub for our B2B global sales teams, providing timely assets and information.
- Develop and manage creative communications to keep global sales teams aligned on product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the product sample set-up and fulfillment process to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop presentation slides for QPMs, Sales line reviews etc.
- Management of Affiliates within the branded TikTok Shop.
- Manage KF Amazon FBA shipments, inventory and forecast to ensure seamless availability and sales velocity.
- Project management and tracking all New Product Introduction (NPI) packaging and creative asset tasks within Wrike + Jira; work in close partnership with the Creative Director to ensure all project deadlines and outstanding needs are met
Performance & Data Analysis:
- Track and analyze monthly sell-out data from all channels to calculate and report on product attach rates.
- Monitor and analyze metrics from channels to measure and report on ROAS from marketing activities.
- Deliver quarterly briefings to the Paid Media and Influencer teams for any direct-to-consumer activity needs.
Operations & Brand Integrity:
- Act as the Counterfeit & Brand Protection Lead, identifying and coordinating the response to unauthorized sellers and intellectual property violations.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in a sales operations, marketing support, or e-commerce coordinator role, preferably within the consumer goods, gaming, or electronics industry.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, specifically managing FBA shipments and listings.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, sell-through, attach rate) and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; experience with project management software like Wrike is a major plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple international teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
