The Opportunity

The Sales Marketing Manager is a solutions engineer, storyteller, content creator, and strategic liaison between Technical and Revenue teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, CTV experience, and a deep understanding of advertiser challenges to craft compelling positioning and develop a cohesive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our solutions.

Sales Marketers play a critical role at LG Ad Solutions, serving as a bridge between Product Marketing, Insights, and Revenue teams to drive our vision forward internally and in the marketplace.

As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will be empowered to take ownership of crafting customer-centric solutions and building foundational sales materials including sales collateral, market narratives, and sales enablement resources that fuel pipeline growth and expand our client base.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates closely with the Director of Sales Marketing to develop high-impact sales collateral including media kits, tentpole packages, sales packages, and vertical narratives from initial concept through cross-functional execution.

  • Distills complex industry topics into simple and accessible messaging through the creation of visually engaging training materials and market-facing assets.

  • Partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Insights, and Revenue teams to create marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, client engagement, and business impact.

  • Applies visual storytelling and light design skills to ensure that sales and marketing materials are polished, impactful, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Supports field marketing strategy by developing client-centric content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens the go-to-market approach.

  • Tracks and updates existing collateral to reflect new product innovations, evolving market trends, and shifting client needs, ensuring materials remain consistent and relevant.

  • Works closely with the Insights team to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights related to sales packages, audience behavior, and market trends.

  • Serves as the point person for intake and outlining of new projects into the team pipeline, while tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Identifies opportunities for growth, optimization, and product enhancement across the General Market and Media & Entertainment divisions, bringing proactive solutions to the team.

  • Amplifies product launches and updates through clear communication, internal education, and incorporation into sales packages and RFP responses.

  • Supports sales development by brainstorming, executing, and reviewing high-level RFP responses, serving as a source of truth for ad product capabilities across the Sales organization.

  • Proactively develops frameworks for current and future sales packages, identifying target audiences and crafting relevant messaging to support product and marketing growth initiatives.

  • Sizes and prioritizes major growth opportunities, partnering with Finance to conduct pricing experiments and validate market positioning.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales marketing or product marketing experience

  • Strong sales and marketing writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft data-driven narratives and build compelling client-facing decks.

  • Visual storytelling and design skills to enhance the clarity, engagement, and impact of sales marketing materials.

  • Experience or exposure to CTV advertising and a strong understanding of the streaming media landscape.

  • Deep interest in and curiosity about the media, advertising, and technology industries.

  • Solid understanding of the sales process and the ability to engage cross-functional teams throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process.

  • Highly motivated, positive demeanor, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influencer
