Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive market / customer penetration in support of Orders, Sales, Cash and Contribution Margin growth.
- Maintain on-going customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
- Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions that may include Parts, Lifecare Services, Turbine / Generator Upgrades, Digital Solutions and Long Term Service / Parts Agreements.
- Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed insights focused on Customer’s Strategy, Customer ESG Policies, Organizational Structures, Buying Behaviors, Outage and Opportunity Forecasts
- Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university OR (High School Diploma/GED and 3-5 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Power Generation Industry
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with, and knowledge of, Gas, and Steam Turbine / Generator technology products and services
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry
