📝 About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 7-9 Account Executives to exceed sales quotas and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, experience in tech/SaaS sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts and extraordinary consistent customer relationship management. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior management, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Execute the company’s sales strategy to hit sales goals

    • Identify market opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales approaches using a consultative approach

    • Provide accurate and timely forecasts to senior sales management

  • Team Leadership & Management:

    • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of about 7-9

    • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching to ensure team success

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary

  • Revenue Generation & Growth:

    • Drive revenue growth by leading the team in acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients

    • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

    • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships

  • Sales Operations & Process Improvement:

    • Ensure the use of CRM systems and sales tools to track progress, manage leads, and report results

    • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness

  • Market Analysis & Customer Insights:

    • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to anticipate market shifts

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product development and marketing efforts

    • Provide insights to the product team for the development of solutions that meet customer needs

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with senior leadership and marketing to align campaigns with field sales efforts

    • Liaise with the product team to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and tools

    • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities

  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations

📝 Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally in a Tech/SaaS and/or Property Management industry

  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams to exceed targets

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to analyze & synthesize data and market trends to inform decisions

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to inspire and lead a team toward achieving common goals

  • Proficiency in Salesforce & other sales engagement tools

  • Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, networking events and in-market support
