About this Position

The Client Accelerators team is seeking a Sales Manager with proven sales acumen in a digital marketing environment. A successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of knowledge of managing an agency sales team, hitting monthly quotas, CRM Management, understanding issues and keeping the sales reps motivated.
Candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as possessing an exemplary record of B2B sales. The Sales Manager will lead the strategic planning activities, including white boarding sessions, help improve the pitch and collaborate with the leadership about their ideas.

Core Objectives

  • Recruit & Manage Quota Busting Sales Team
  • Hit 100% of Quarterly Total Contract Value Goal, every Quarter
  • Devise, improve and implement sales strategies and refine the process to achieve set-goals through a dedicated and structured roadmap;
  • Grow Average Deal Size To $50,000+
  • Help team convert warm leads into new clients, attract referrals, maintain renewals and upsell existing clients;
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities;
  • Upscale the sales as well as the agency’s business;
  • Mentor and train the sales team including ISRs and SDRs;
  • Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Mentoring and motivating the sales team to become A-players and future leaders;
  • Help the inside sales team to become effective and efficient closers;
  • Lead group training sessions, team meetings and daily sales stand up sessions
  • Keeping Hubspot pipelines consistently up to date & forecasts accurate
  • Manage the metrics, KPI's and execution of sales generation work by each sales team member;
  • Conduct weekly 1 on 1 meetings with each team member individually to strategize action plans and holding accountable to quarterly forecast
  • Being an integral part of hiring and training new team members.
  • Continuously build & update Sales Playbook so we can ramp up sales reps faster and have a place for how to do everything in sales
Requirements
  • 6+ years of sales team leadership experience with a focus in B2B sales environment
  • Proven skills in Leadership, Communication, Strategic Planning, and Coaching
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced, efficient, and effective business
  • Excellent competencies in consistent Follow-up and Team Accountability
  • Attention to detail and great work ethic;
  • High level of competency to present and sell via zoom, etc. articulating our services.
