If you want to build and lead the sales team behind our next growth engine, with the leads, brand, and operations of an 8-figure company already behind you, this is the perfect role for you.

Stryker Digital is one of the fastest-growing home service marketing agencies in the world, scaling from $0 to a $15M/year run rate in under five years and serving 700+ active clients across the US and Canada. We're expanding our Google Ads division, and we're hiring a Sales Manager to build the team that scales it to $1M/month in revenue.

We're looking for a sales leader who has personally hired, trained, and managed a team of closers on a high-ticket call funnel and has owned $500K-$1M/month in team revenue. The right person can still jump on the phone and close, writes the scripts, runs the daily huddles, and owns everything from shown call to cash collected. This role reports directly to the CEO and works side by side with our SEO sales leader and Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • The number. You own revenue, pipeline, show rate, and close rate for Google Ads. From first contact to cash collected.

  • The sales process. You start with the proven process our SEO sales team already runs. Adapt the scripts, objection handling, and follow-up to the Google Ads offer. Then own it and keep making it better.

  • The team. Define the ideal rep. Recruit, interview, and hire your first 3-5 closers.

  • Onboarding. Our training program is already built and working. You run it for your team with roleplays, script drills, and call shadowing, and get new reps to quota fast.

  • Coaching. Review calls and rep numbers. Give specific feedback that lifts show rates, close rates, and revenue per rep.

  • Standards and culture. Set a high bar. Reward top performers. Fix underperformance fast, through coaching or a formal plan. Build a team that practices daily, moves fast on leads, and owns its results.

  • CRM and reporting. Every lead, touch, and outcome gets logged. Send leadership a weekly report on revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and rep performance.

  • The feedback loop. Work with the Director of Marketing to tighten lead quality and messaging. Bring back what prospects say and recommend changes to positioning, pricing, and guarantees.

Results
  • Within 90 days. Master the Google Ads offer. Close at or above our team average. Adapt our playbook to the offer. Hire and onboard your first 2-3 reps.

  • Within 6 months. Lead a team of 3-5 reps producing $400K-$600K/month in Google Ads revenue. Clean CRM data, clear dashboards, and tracked metrics for every rep.

  • Within 12 months. Scale the team to a consistent $1M/month in Google Ads revenue. Hold or improve close rate, CAC, and payback period along the way.

Requirements
  • 5+ years closing high-ticket B2B deals. Agency, marketing, or lead gen preferred. Bonus points if you've sold to home service businesses like roofing, HVAC, or plumbing.

  • 2+ years building and managing a sales team of 3-10 reps. You've owned hiring, onboarding, training, and performance. Hands-on, not hands-off.

  • A track record of scaling a new offer. You've taken an offer from near zero to $500K+/month and built the reporting your team ran on.

  • Strong HubSpot skills. You can design pipelines, build dashboards and reports, enforce CRM usage, and run your team off clean data.

  • A player-coach mindset. You'll run a full calendar of calls early on while you build the team, run roleplays and call reviews, and own the number.

Compensation
  • Base: $120,000

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $220,000-$260,000 in year 1

  • Upside: Uncapped, tied directly to Google Ads revenue growth

Location and Hours

Remote. 9-5 EST.

Our Core Values

Competitive Greatness

We show up strongest when it matters most. We don't avoid hard things. We go straight at them. We do the hard stuff first: hard conversations, hard decisions, and uncomfortable work we've been putting off. We build confidence through action, not talk.

Sincere Candor

We believe feedback is a requirement to get better, not a personal attack. Candor is expected from day one, at every level, in every direction. We tell the truth, especially when it's uncomfortable.

Unimpeachable Character

We do the right thing when no one's watching. No shortcuts, no lies, no excuses. We take ownership, step in, and solve problems without finger-pointing.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
