Bahwan Cybertek Group is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Sales Director) to lead its sales efforts within the organization, to lead a vertical-focused sales team of Sr. Account Executives and SDRs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and driving customer acquisition and retention. You will leverage your strong leadership abilities and deep understanding of the industry to position the company’s solutions effectively and maximize revenue potential. As a key player in the executive management team, you will contribute to the overall strategic direction and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Sr. Account Executives and SDRs.
- Coach and support AEs through complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive management.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of sales experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial or director-level role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, particularly in the IT or digital transformation sector.
- Demonstrated success leading high-growth sales teams in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or AI domains.
- Experience managing remote teams and working in a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of your assigned vertical (Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or Fintech).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and maximizing team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with a strong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
