Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts

in the U.S. market, focusing on companies with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) needs. This

role requires a self-driven professional with strong B2B sales experience in the electronics

manufacturing industry, particularly for non-consumer, semi-finished products. You will be

responsible for identifying and developing key accounts with annual revenues exceeding 20M USD,

driving new business opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook to independently identify and

engage with U.S.-based clients requiring PCBA services.

• Conduct in-depth customer analysis to accurately target and qualify leads, and follow up with

cold calls, emails, and on-site visits to secure inquiries and orders.

• Negotiate business terms including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, ensuring

successful contract closure.

• Represent the company in client meetings, factory video tours, and maintain regular

communication through phone or video calls to build strong relationships.

• Develop and execute a personal sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Attend international electronics industry exhibitions and events to promote the company’s

products and brand.

• Regularly report progress and updates to the headquarters in China, aligning with the

company’s strategic goals.

• Prepare and submit project plans, sales reports, opportunity lists, and perform market analysis

using Amiba analysis tools.

• Travel to meet clients in the U.S. for pre-sale and post-sale support, including after-sales

service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate

effectively with international clients.

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PCBA/EMS, with a solid

understanding of export processes.

• Prior experience in large account sales within the electronics manufacturing industry is highly

preferred, along with an existing client network.

• Strong market development skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and proven sales expertise.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 USD/month.

• Commission: Receive bonuses based on order completion and payment collection:

o 1.5% for the first year,

o 1% for the second year,

o 0.5% for the third year, with a reset in the fourth year.
