The Sales Manager will lead the Mid-Market Account Management team, driving sales strategies, managing teams, and ensuring customer success through effective coaching and relationship management.
monday.com is looking for a Sales Manager on our Scale Mid-Market Account Management team to help us drive our success forward!
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- 2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)
- Experience selling a suite of SaaS products to Executive level/practitioner stakeholders
- Proven track record renewing customers on multi-year agreements
- Strong handle coaching AMs on account prioritization, self-sourcing qualified pipeline, and mitigating risk across portfolio and pipeline
- Success implementing, and measuring, an outbound motion to identify whitespace across customer portfolio
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity/volume Sales environment. Strong time-management skills.
- Experience managing teams in a high volume sales motion, selling to SMB and MM customers.
- Experience managing teams who own the full post sales customer journey including Commercials, Success Planning & Renewals
- BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
