About The Role
This is the start of something BIG! As the Overlays Manager for monday CRM, you'll be at the forefront of one of the most competitive and transformative SaaS categories in the world. This high-impact role is your opportunity to shape CRM growth at scale, building strategic overlays that fuel pipeline generation, vertical expansion, and go-to-market excellence.
You'll partner closely with Sales, GTM, Product Marketing, and Enablement to establish playbooks that turn CRM potential into measurable business outcomes. - Design and execute vertical-specific overlays (e.g., SaaS, real estate, finance) aligned with monday CRM's go-to-market strategy
- Build and distribute CRM sales playbooks, enablement content, and talk tracks
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to launch field-ready campaigns and initiatives
- Track overlay performance: pipeline contribution, win rates, CRM adoption, and revenue influenced
- Enable Account Executives with CRM dashboards, Workdocs, and automation templates tailored to overlay strategies
- Lead internal campaigns to boost product education, new feature usage, and cross-functional alignment
- Act as a strategic advisor in deal cycles where overlays play a key role
- Stay informed on CRM trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to continually refine overlay initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience selling a CRM SaaS solution
- Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle management & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus!
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute. This is the start of a large scale build-out
- Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
Nice to have:
- Experience with monday.com or a similar Work OS
- Background in CRM platform sales (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Familiarity with vertical SaaS selling strategies
- Experience launching GTM motions or overlays tied to CRM adoption and revenue goals
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
