Our sales team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced sales manager to grow and lead a group of Account Executives to help drive Monday.com's success forward in Brazil. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving revenue growth within the local market
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our São Paulo office.
About The Role
You will be responsible for growing and developing the team by providing expert-level sales knowledge, coaching, training, and process improvement. You will drive the day-to-day execution to exceed the business performance targets of monday.com
This role will own all of the New Business Strategies for monday.com in Brazil, including the direct management of all AE's, both Mid Market and Enterprise.
This team focus will be on New Business (hunting).
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise sales experience as a B2B Account Executive (quota carrying).
- 3+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience.
- Develop and Execute the go-to-market strategy for direct enterprise sales in Brazil, adapting global strategies to the local market.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Ability to identify relevant influencers and decision-makers in the companies and build strong personal relationships with them.
- Self-starter, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitive.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience.
