The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to oversee and grow our Account Executive team across the Western United States. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across the Western U.S. region.
  • Drive sales strategy, pipeline growth, and execution to achieve revenue and bookings targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, ServiceNow executives, and key clients.
  • Act as an executive sponsor on major engagements, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solution Architects and Delivery leaders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and manage regional forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS, cloud applications, and digital transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Service Management, ITIL, and enterprise cloud ecosystems.
  • Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
