Hello Sunshine is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive revenue through strategic content and media partnerships across Hello Sunshine’s portfolio (Hello Sunshine O&O, Reese’s Book Club, Shine Away Experiential Franchise, The Hello Sunshine Collective, The Bright Side Podcast, and Sunnie).
This leader will help brands across categories unlock the full potential of Hello Sunshine’s ecosystem - spanning premium content, social, experiential, audio, talent, influencer, and commerce - to build meaningful connections with audiences through compelling, insight-driven storytelling.
We’re looking for a senior sales executive with a strong track record of building and monetizing partnerships, an established book of business, and deep relationships with decision-makers across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth brands.
This role reports to the VP, of Sales.
What You'll Do:
- Build and scale a book of business within first 12 months.
- Close multi-platform partnerships across content, experiential, and talent.
- Convert Shine Away and tentpole moments into year-round revenue streams.
- Establish long-term enterprise relationships across priority categories.
- Develop and execute a strategic revenue roadmap focused on high-impact content partnerships, integrated marketing solutions, and next-generation consumer experiences across multiple verticals.
- Originate and close net-new enterprise partnerships uncovering opportunities for long-term partnerships and incremental revenue.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating business objectives into insight-led, multi-channel campaigns across Hello Sunshine’s platforms.
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop innovative, culturally relevant solutions.
- Operate as an expert on Hello Sunshine’s IP, talent, and cultural positioning - evolving media landscape to effectively position offerings in market.
- Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture focused on creativity, accountability, and results.
- Leverage tentpole moments (e.g., Shine Away) as entry points to broader platform partnerships
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in sales across media, content, partnerships, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue and exceeding sales targets across a range of industries.
- Strong existing relationships with senior marketing decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and/or high-growth brands.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, multi-platform solutions and navigate long sales cycles.
- Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with excellent client management and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of how brands build audiences, measure impact, and leverage storytelling across channels.
- Highly organized with strong operational rigor and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Willingness to travel.
Benefits
The salary range for this role is $165,000-$210,000 plus commission structure.
