Position Overview
A rapidly growing logistics organization is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business development across domestic and international transportation services. This role covers the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and client discovery through solution design, pricing, negotiation, and seamless handoff to operations. The ideal candidate will bring a hunter mindset, strong industry relationships, and the ability to consistently generate profitable revenue while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Build and manage a high-performing, revenue-generating pipeline within an assigned territory.
Leverage an existing book of business
Leverage an existing book of business
Sell a full suite of logistics solutions including Domestic Freight, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage.
Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic account targeting.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and design tailored logistics solutions.
Develop and present competitive quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth transition of accounts to operations and account management teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and produce reliable forecasts for revenue and growth.
Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure service excellence and client retention.

Requirements
3–7+ years of proven success in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL sales.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue and GP targets.
Portable book of business with no active non-compete restrictions.
Strong consultative sales approach with a true hunter mentality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven territory planning.
Strong understanding of logistics solutions and supply chain dynamics.
