Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Identify and develop new prospects and close sales to meet targets.
  • Analyze and articulate the ROI of our solutions to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop long-term strategic plans.
  • Stay current on market trends and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B, Data Analytics Software, or ERP software sales.
  • In-depth experience with MES implementation or selling value-added solutions to the target market.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing shop floors and processes.
  • Proven track record of quantifiable sales success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with advanced time and priority management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
