As a Sales Executive, North America at Locus Robotics, you will lead complex sales engagements, delivering innovative solutions that optimize warehouse operations and improve productivity. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and close new business opportunities while helping global organizations solve critical supply chain challenges through advanced robotics technology.

This US based role requires 40 - 60% travel across the U.S., and to Canada and Mexico as needed. Candidates must reside near a major airport to support frequent travel needs.

 Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
  • Articulate and deliver Locus Robotics’ value proposition, positioning our solution to drive productivity, scalability, and ROI for enterprise warehouse and 3PL customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and close.
  • Build, manage, and continuously expand a high‑quality pipeline across multiple market segments, balancing new logo acquisition with expansion and follow‑on opportunities.
  • Achieve defined sales goals by developing compelling business cases and ROI‑driven proposals tailored to customer operational and financial requirements.
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, uncovering nuanced customer needs and aligning Locus solutions to both immediate challenges and long‑term strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Locus Robotics, collaborating closely with marketing, product, solution design, and deployment teams to influence strategy and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of strategic, consultative B2B selling experience in warehouse automation, supply chain, or logistics technology.
  • Proven track record selling warehouse automation or similarly complex solutions across key verticals (eCommerce, Retail, 3PL, Healthcare, Industrial, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS platforms.
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders to navigate complex sales cycles and drive consensus.
  • Hunter mindset with a consistent record of new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Must hold a valid passport and the ability to travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

The expected base salary range for this role is estimated to be $125,000 to $175,000 annually, based on external market data, plus commissions and equity. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions
