We are seeking Sales Executive based in Michigan to join our team! You will contribute to the development and growth of our markets where you will package Nomi services through brokers, consultant and TPA partners to clients to meet their unique needs. You will be skilled in selling the Nomi story and will quickly become an expert in all products lines upon assuming the role. In partnership with the Sales Leader (VP), you will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close for all clients within your market.

 

You will establish new, and cultivate existing, relationships with brokers, consultants, and TPAs, to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will be laser focused on results and will support the team in hitting their goals, including your individual goals and targets. You will care for all Nomi client relationships and will work in partnership with the Account Managers to ensure that those relationships continue to be nurtured.

How you will make an impact

  • Identify and target potential clients within the TPA, broker, and consulting sectors
  • Conduct and utilize market research to generate qualified leads
  • Leverage networking opportunities within the market to develop introductions and new client opportunities
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Develop custom presentations for each unique client and align on sales strategy with Global Sales Leader (VP) ahead of client visits
  • Support the Global Sales Leader (VP) on their clients as well as take the lead on your own client portfolio
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a consultative manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Generate regular reports for management review to demonstrate progress to goals
  • Provide on-going maintenance in collaboration with the Account Managers for each new client brought on with the Global Sales Team
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of customer needs
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to visit with clients, brokers, consultants, TPAs and to be present at industry events

What we are looking for

  • Sales executive with 5+ years’ experience preferably in health benefits and healthcare fintech
  • Expertise and deep knowledge of the full breadth of Nomi products such as Analytics, Network – Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracts, PBM full replacement, POP and Utopia, and use of our rails and financing opportunities with Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Proven track record of success in global sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a focus on TPAs, brokers, and consultants
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets/goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
