Our Sales Executive Associate is responsible for assisting in the development, management, and execution of sales processes and tasks in support of market awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing sales. This role will also help grow the new inbound merchant activity. The incumbent will be responsible for qualifying new leads and generating revenues through the successful development of new sales relationships.

We are looking for a Sales Executive Associate who will:

  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels

  • Manage the communication process for all new sales opportunities as it relates to campaign and marketing initiatives

  • Work with the Manager of Business Development to develop and maintain effective plans to track and report sales performance based on set revenue goals

  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal sales processes and procedures to increase client satisfaction to the Manager of Business Development

  • Work with the sales team, CSMs, and other Forte teams to streamline processes that would have a positive effect on net new sales

  • Run reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to the Manager of Business Development in order to optimize key personas for lead programs

  • Assist in the development, tracking and reporting of business development campaigns and qualify, and properly hand-off, qualify and properly complete the sales process for net new sales

  • Analyze marketing data to develop insights and make recommendations to the Sales Operations & Manager BDA on areas for optimization

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the payments industry

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts and how to effectively apply them

  • Self-motivated with the ability to think strategically to identify, generate, nurture and qualify leads to turn them into sales ready opportunities

  • Aptitude for overcoming objections and effectively communicating value propositions to key decision makers and influencers

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft, Demandbase, D&B, and any other demand generation tools

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$64,938.52-$103,901.85

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
