JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive sales operations support, including training and content development to assist AVPs/VPs and Sales Team in their daily sales activities, learning, and development. This role requires expertise in Salesforce.com, acting as the primary specialist for analytical reporting and data management. The Sales Operations Associates key objective is to optimize the sales process by identifying trends in data and refining operational models. Working closely with Territory Sales Leaders (both Key Accounts and Strategic), this individual will lead deal strategies, develop pitch content (PPT) and act as the subject matter expert of our operating areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Salesforce Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior Managers of the Growth Team to manage Salesforce CRM, ensuring that data is translated into actionable insights to enhance team efficiency and harmonize sales approaches. Additionally, propose improvements to unify our sales strategy across the organization, leveraging Salesforce to support the 'One Wheels' approach.
War Room Facilitation: Lead and facilitate War Room sessions focused on critical deal strategy. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned, generating actionable insights to drive key business outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional participation to optimize decision-making and execution during high-stakes sales processes.
Organizational Effectiveness: Contribute to the organizational effectiveness of business units by collaborating with leadership, suggesting improvements, and offering insights that enhance performance and efficiency. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis and industry trends to align business unit goals with the company’s broader objectives.
Training & Development: In collaboration with your manager, create, update, and deliver training content and materials related to relationship management, sales rep enablement, funnel management, and Salesforce adoption. Analyze the sales team’s learning needs, adjust training programs accordingly, and incorporate innovative approaches to meet business strategies. Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring consistent utilization of tools like the Challenger Sale . Establish a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales trainees.
Solution Strategy & Business Development: Collaborate with Product Management to shape the strategy and vision for existing and new solution offerings. Contribute to developing new industry insights and value propositions. Work closely with the Sales team to support the closing of new business opportunities and assist in the training and development of new team members.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in sales or customer-facing role
Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce software.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: This position is virtual but will require travel to one of our locations Schaumburg, IL or Alpharetta for Collaboration sessions and travel with prospects when needed.

Physical Demands: Speak, hear, and see, and to use hand and fingers for computer keyboard and phone. Sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay Range:
$53,900-$75,400The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
