About the role

As the Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers in building Proof of Concepts (POCs), demos, and accelerators that showcase the capabilities of Auxo Solutions. You will guide the team to ensure the delivery of these solutions while also collaborating closely with Sales and our Partners. Your expertise in Unqork’s codeless platform will play a crucial role in driving success.


What you'll do

  • Lead a team of Sales Engineers & other specialists focused on creating POCs, demos, and accelerators that align with Auxo's customer needs, particularly within the Insurance and Financial Services domain.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in Unqork’s codeless platform and assist the team in advanced configurations when necessary.
  • Oversee the creation and presentation of technical proposals and provide strategic guidance to the pre-sales team.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of POCs and other pre-sales deliverables.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders on project status and customer feedback.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales, or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in Unqork’s Codeless Development platform.
  • Experience in building POCs (Proof-of-Concept), demos, and accelerators for complex customer environments.
  • Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
  • Experience working in the financial services and/or insurance industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience working as a consultant or at a consulting firm is a plus.
  • Expertise in presenting in PowerPoint, or similar tools.

  • Candidates must be able to accommodate a working schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.
  • We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position at this time.
