What You’ll Be DoingAs a Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner with our Enterprise Sales team to drive customer acquisition and expansion. You’ll manage the technical side of the sales cycle through discovery, demos, trials, and evaluations while building strong customer relationships.
You’ll identify client challenges and design effective solutions that address business and technical needs. You’ll demonstrate Flosum’s value through tailored demos and trials, ensuring customer confidence and long-term success. You’ll collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to share insights that enhance our platform and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Account Executives to understand customer challenges and opportunities, and articulate FLOSUM’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Run the ‘Technical Fit’ Process in Sales: Explore, Validate and Quantify Current State Technical Problems and Challenges through discovery calls, reverse demos, and more.
- Get hands on with FLOSUM products to prove out customer use cases in product demonstrations and trials.
- Build credibility with technical champions at prospects and customers.
- Orchestrate all phases of the Technical cycle, including leading technical validations and POC’s, RFIs/RFPs, Infosec evaluations, and technology Q&A.
- Work cross functionally with Product Management and Engineering to improve the Flosum Platform on your experience with customers.
RequirementsRequired:
- Prior experience in a Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer role.
- Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce administration and development
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills..
- Inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as business and technical acumen.
Preferred:
- Experience with DevOps related products, technologies.
- Comfort with learning new technologies.
- Experience with data modelling.
