Description

About Frame Security: The world’s most sophisticated cyber threats are now AI-powered. It’s time for security awareness to evolve. Legacy security training is broken. For years, organizations have relied on static libraries of generic, "one-size-fits-all" content that fails to prepare employees for modern attacks like deepfake executive impersonations, AI-driven social engineering, or "vibe-coded" application threats. At Frame Security, we aren't just building another training library; we are setting the new standard for security awareness.

Our AI-native platform learns an organization’s unique DNA, its policies, tools, roles, and risks, to generate personalized training and hyper-realistic simulations in minutes. From developers practicing secure coding in Java to finance teams defending against AI-generated voice phishing (vishing), we deliver training that actually reflects an employee’s real work.

Join us as we build the engine that protects the human layer of every organization in the AI era.

Job Summary: Frame Security is seeking a highly energetic, versatile, and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join their building Sales Engineering team. This role is a hands-on, dynamic role, primarily focused on providing essential pre-sales technical solutions to our customers and resellers with the goal of logo acquisition. Beyond the initial sale, the Sales Engineer will own the customer onboarding process and act as the technical authority, proactively identifying optimization opportunities within the LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Channel teams to lead deep-dive discovery sessions, uncovering complex customer pain points and architecting tailored security solutions.
  • Design and execute high-impact demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations that clearly communicate Frame’s value and secure technical buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Lead the post-sale implementation strategy, serving as the primary technical consultant to guide customers through initial setup, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the technical backbone for our reseller partners, providing the training and support necessary to scale our market presence and ensure partner-led success.

Success Metrics:

  • Sales cycle
  • New logo acquisitions
  • Customers onboarded
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
  • 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Post-Sales or "Founding SE" roles.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, including identity management (Entra ID, Okta), SSO/SAML configuration, domain whitelisting, and customer-facing integrations.
  • Experience in AI-driven Cybersecurity and SaaS companies.
  • A "bias for action" mindset-comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to build technical playbooks, POC templates, and demo environments from the ground up.
  • Experience with identity providers (Okta/Azure AD), email infrastructure (M365/Google Workspace), and API-based integrations.
  • A proven collaborative and clear communicator, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Why frame:

  • High Impact: Build and own processes from start to finish that directly impact our product and customers, affecting millions of people.
  • Early-Stage Advantage: Join at the ground floor of a category-defining company. The decisions you make today will shape how the world thinks about Human Security tomorrow.
  • Built to Win: Frame is backed by world-class investors, operating in a market undergoing a fundamental shift, and has the right team and product.
  • Competitive Salary and Meaningful Equity: Our success is your success. Everyone has a meaningful stake in the company.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
