FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide presentation of company solutions (MDR bundle: Endpoint, Encryption, MFA, ECOS, LiveSense, EDR, MDR).
- Conduct 'proof of value' and 'proof of concepts' assessments for customers.
- Assist in deeper qualification of customer requirements and contribute to opportunity responses in the CRM.
- Provide active signposting and contribute to technical success of a customer's life-cycle.
- Record and track activity with customer via CRM and provide technical feedback.
- Complement resources provided by Enablement teams and assist Sales teams with enablement of the channel beyond basic demonstrations in person or remotely.
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge and news from a technical perspective.
- Develop and maintain testing programs/demonstration environments for company solutions.
- Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
- Perform conceptual, systemic, creative and methodical activities.
- Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.

Salary range for this position is $120-135K OTE DOE.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CEH, CCNA, CCNP, or cloud security certifications, CompTIA Network,+ CompTIA A+ preferred
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, endpoint security, identity management, threat detection, or related security solutions.
- Proven experience partnering with sales teams to support complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and customer workshops.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, channel partners, MSPs, MSSPs, or VARs is preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices.
- Knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, network security, cloud security, and zero-trust architectures.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct technical discovery and develop solution recommendations aligned with customer requirements.
- Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Knowledge:
- Ability to assess the security posture of an enterprise environment and recommend and implement appropriate security solutions; monitor and secure hybrid environments, including cloud, mobile, and IoT; operate with an awareness of applicable laws and policies, including principles of governance, risk, and compliance; identify, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents.
- Understands (Intermediate admin) Operating system configuration (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Can establish network connectivity, monitor activity, carry out hardening, configure and troubleshoot infrastructure.
- Understands Virtual Machine usage.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIORNMENT:
- Ability to work on-site or remote in an office environment for extended periods of time.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including talking and hearing, in person and via phone or video conferencing.
