Summary:
The Sales Enablement Architect is responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the operational foundation of the Sales Enablement function. This role serves as the bridge between Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, IT, and Enablement by ensuring the sales technology ecosystem, reporting infrastructure, workflows, and data governance support business objectives and seller productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize the sales enablement technology ecosystem. • Design scalable workflows across Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, Microsoft Copilot, ChiliPiper, Salesforce, and related platforms. • Reduce manual work through automation and AI-enabled solutions. • Maintain and improve enablement processes and procedures. • Set governance standards for data quality, content, permissions, and workflows. • Drive adoption through documentation, training, change management, and AI-enabled workflows. • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that measure enablement effectiveness. • Track adoption, engagement, pipeline impact, training, content use, and sales productivity. • Turn data and trends into actionable recommendations. • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for enablement tools and initiatives. • Develop executive-ready presentations on performance, progress, and recommendations. • Combine data from multiple systems into concise leadership and board narratives. • Lead cross-functional technology and process improvement initiatives. • Manage timelines, implementation plans, risks, and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate vendors, business partners, and system administrators on upgrades and new capabilities.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Strong experience working with Gong, Salesforce and modern sales technology platforms.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Experience with MCPs, building AI agents, workflows, & automation within revenue tech stack.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
