The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for empowering our sales team to identify and close major business opportunities. This individual will work closely with our Regional Sales Director, being positioned in both a customer-facing and administrative role. Our ideal candidate is organized and driven with a few years of relevant industry experience, with a desire to manage complex sales projects in a fast-paced environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage smaller sales projects, acting as a customer facing representative to drive communication, coordinate internal resources, and ensure timely deal execution
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Maintain constant communication and manage ongoing projects with customers
  • Liaise between different internal teams such as Sales Operations, Legal, Project Management, and others
  • Provide administrative support including CRM database management, meeting scheduling, and task organization
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience in tech, internet, and networking industries
  • Proven sales and customer service background
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to think and plan strategically to provide resolution and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to change priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Salesforce application experience
