Your Impact:

The Sales Enablement Specialist will cross functionally work alongside other Marketing teams such as Programs, Content and Product Marketing, to plan and create assets needed for Sales and Clients to optimize Sales efficacy in obtaining revenue (ASV) goals. The Sales Enablement Specialist’s expertise resides in creating sales assets and story lines across products that resonate with clients, translating products into sellable themes for sales education and communications while ensuring the Marketing brand, consistency, and tone.  

 

What You'll Do:

  • Execute Sales Enablement strategy for designated products and go-to-market product launch strategies to effectively engage target client audiences.
  • Create high impact Sales Assets to help drive Sales readiness and client engagement. Assets include but are not limited to Enterprise Decks, Sales Education Webinars, Pricing and Packaging Guides, Sales FAQ’s, e-mail templates.
  • Creating, owning and maintaining SharePoint site pages.
  • Build engagement with Sales and Sales Stakeholder Relationships, gather client and Sales feedback regularly to constantly improve enablement function.
  • Active engagement in revenue (ASV) generating initiatives such as Prospecting and Pipeline activities.
  • Collaboration with Client Success Enablement, Learning and Development Business Partners, Revenue Operations and other FactSet teams.
  • Ownership of Sales Enablement communication channels and increased discoverability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, sales support, customer success, or equivalent areas with proven understanding of best practices and methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the full sales cycle, particularly the FactSet sales process.
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry.
  • Passion for understanding FactSet’s existing and new products and translating their value for clients across different firm types.
  • Ability to influence and manage key senior leaders across a matrix management structure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Kapost.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate product information into value-driven and client-targeted details.
  • Off platform experience preferred.

The budgeted salary for this position in the states of Connecticut and California, and in NYC, is $90,000 - $115,000. Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.  Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
