Primary responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and administer AE and SDR onboarding content, learning paths, schedules, checklists, and certifications
- Facilitate foundational onboarding sessions, role plays, and recurring skills training
- Own program logistics: calendar management, invitations, attendance, recordings, communications, assessments, and follow-up
- Maintain the AE onboarding hub, enablement content library, Confluence resources, and Gong library
- Create and update playbooks, job aids, battle cards, learner guides, training decks, and just-in-time resources
- Coordinate the monthly GTM enablement cadence with PMM, Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Gather participant and manager feedback; report on completion, attendance, certification, adoption, and content usage
- Support GTM and product launches with learner-facing materials, session coordination, and reinforcement
- Build and operate the SDR enablement program once the shared AE foundation is in place
- Support other priority enablement initiatives as business needs arise
