- Design and facilitate sales learning programs and training while creating impactful enablement content, tools, and resources.
- Develop and manage end-to-end sales education programs, from new hire onboarding to advanced consultative selling.
- Drive go-to-sales communications that connect business strategy to seller action and execution.
- Support commercial initiatives, product launches, and strategic programs through sales readiness and adoption activities.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate commercial priorities into scalable learning and enablement solutions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: Four (4) years in sales, marketing or related areas
