Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Global Sales Enablement team plays a pivotal role in equipping our sellers with the knowledge and resources necessary to excel in their roles. The Global Programs team within Sales Enablement focuses on delivering high-impact training programs across various regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), ensuring a unified approach to sales initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you’ll do

As the Program Manager for the Academy Live Program, you will oversee the delivery of a series of weekly live enablement sessions tailored to the unique needs of each region. You will manage the end-to-end process of planning, executing, and reporting on these sessions, ensuring they meet the strategic goals of the organization while maximizing their impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the Academy Live Program, delivering at least 10 enablement sessions per quarter, with different topics each week relevant to regional needs.
  • Review intake requests for training sessions and evaluate which topics qualify for inclusion in Academy Live, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Managers, to qualify training requests and determine mandatory attendance requirements based on regional and role specifications.
  • Present a finalized list of mandatory sessions for approval prior to each quarter.
  • Schedule and coordinate with contractors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate live sessions, ensuring engagement and relevance for sellers.
  • Monitor the efficiency of the Academy Live Program processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations and enhance effectiveness.
  • Create and distribute summary reports after each session detailing attendance, feedback, and areas for improvement, while also managing qualitative insights for executive review.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and advocate for seller time and attention.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail in managing Google Calendar to schedule sessions, ensuring accurate time management and conflict avoidance.
  • Utilize tools such as Asana for managing requests and Google Suite for documentation and reporting.
Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 4+ years of experience doing program management for GTM or Sales Enablement.
  • Proven experience in program management or a similar role, preferably in sales enablement or training.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams and levels, including executive leadership.
  • Good facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants actively during live training sessions.
  • Ability to analyze and report on training effectiveness, using data to inform future program improvements.
  • Comfortability in making tough decisions and presenting your recommendations clearly to executives.
  • A curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools, such as Asana and Google Suite.
Preferred qualifications
  • Previous experience in a global or multi-regional program management role.
  • Background in sales or sales training, with an understanding of the sales process and enablement strategies.
  • Previous experience in fintech.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
