Role Overview:

The Sales Enablement Manager helps Teachstone acquire, maintain, and grow clients. This individual leads efforts to create efficiency across each stage of the client lifecycle - from marketing to sales and service. They reduce friction for the customer and increase revenue by creating efficiencies in our strategies, systems and processes.

The Sales Enablement Manager is strategic.They are able to look across existing selling behaviors and create best practices for the entire team. They’re analytical and curious - uncovering insights and looking for new ways of driving revenue while improving the client experience. That may involve new technology, new positioning, improved collateral, training for sales reps, upsell campaigns, or a number of other solutions.

The ideal candidate is organized and able to juggle multiple priorities. They will develop an in-depth understanding of our customers, their needs, and how our products and services help meet those needs. They help our frontline reps effectively communicate the “why” behind our solutions and the benefits they offer prospective customers. As a partner to the entire revenue team, this candidate will possess the ability to form close relationships with colleagues. They must be a good listener, exceptional communicator and responsive to the needs of the team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manages sales enablement function and associated team members
  • Identifies vendor partners for outsourced needs and manages those relationships
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline/enhance sales tools and processes
  • Partners with the SVP of Sales to ensure standard selling strategies are followed across the sales organization
  • Leads sales messaging and creation of sales enablement materials
  • Assists in the development and delivery of sales training content and materials
  • Keeps abreast of new trends in sales enablement and revenue operations
  • Builds strong relationships with the sales team as well as other departments
  • Assists in generating and interpreting sales reports
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications principles
  • Superior organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and professional skills

Role Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar function (could include time in sales or marketing roles that supported enablement).
  • 2+ years in a leadership or program management capacity (even if not directly managing people).
  • Technical skills and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to set, manage, and meet priorities in the face of competing demands
  • Remarkable attention to detail
  • Ability to compile and analyze data
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Fair, Competitive Pay:  We ensure equal pay for equal work, using consistent salary bands based on market benchmarks, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict don’t influence your pay.
  • Salary Range: $93,100 - $116,400, determined by your experience and skills.
  • Comprehensive benefits:  We offer a well rounded benefits package to support your overall life balance. Eligibility depends on your role and employment status.
