THE OPPORTUNITY

Cyera is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to serve as the dedicated partner to the Sales organization—designing, delivering, and optimizing programs that drive seller readiness, productivity, and long-term performance.

As a key member of the Enablement team, you’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sellers have the training, resources, and support needed to ramp quickly, sell effectively, and continuously improve. From onboarding to ongoing development, you will facilitate and deliver learning programs directly, while also building repeatable, scalable experiences that empower the field.

A successful Sales Enablement Lead blends strategic alignment with tactical execution—bringing together performance insights, field feedback, and go-to-market priorities into a cohesive enablement plan that evolves with the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Enablement team and Sales, ensuring the unique needs of the sales team are represented, prioritized, and addressed.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and GTM stakeholders to define, execute, and continuously improve the sales enablement strategy.
  • Facilitate and deliver live onboarding and ongoing training programs for Account Executives and other sales roles, both virtually and in person.
  • Coordinate and execute enablement programs that support core competencies such as discovery, sales plays, objection handling, value selling, and product positioning.
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies, tools, messaging frameworks, and process improvements across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and content creators to develop and curate learning materials and just-in-time sales resources.
  • Monitor performance data and learner feedback to identify skill gaps, assess enablement impact, and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Support cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Enablement team members to ensure continuity across the GTM lifecycle.
  • Track enablement KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders on program engagement and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to overall Enablement team planning, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Pre-Sales, Channel, or other GTM-facing roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience delivering live training programs and facilitating workshops or enablement sessions for a sales audience.
  • Proven track record designing and executing high-impact sales enablement programs.
  • Deep understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle, with ability to connect enablement efforts to revenue-driving activities.
  • Skilled communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, WorkRamp, Seismic).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment with limited structure.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
