Dynatrace is seeking a Sales Enablement Intern to join our Field Sales Enablement team and support our growing efforts to enable flawless and secure digital interactions for our customers. As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will contribute to our mission of creating a world where software works perfectly.
Your role at DynatraceWe are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn student to join our Sales Enablement team this summer. This is a full-time, paid internship offering hands-on experience in training and development within a global technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Support the goals and initiatives of the Field Sales Enablement team, which focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Global Sales Organization.
- Identify gaps in training content and assist in building a library of presentation decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other materials for sales training.
- Actively document best practices and process improvements to drive efficiencies.
- Conduct field analysis by meeting with sales reps to assess tools, optimize processes, and identify key success behaviors.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop impactful training content.
Location & Schedule:
- Based in the Downtown Boston or Denver office, working independently and with a remote team.
- Expected to be in the office 4 days per week in a hybrid work model.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology, Communications, Education, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Local to Boston, MA or Denver, CO and able to meet in-office expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Open to sophomores and above; exceptional freshmen will be considered.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and use of AI as a ‘teammate’.
- Interest or experience in content development, programming, or training materials is a plus.
- Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong follow through on projects.
- Comfortable learning new technology, including Learning and Content Management Systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with team members across various departments.
- Outgoing and confident, able to build relationships and take initiative, especially in a hybrid work environment.
