Are you an experienced Sales Enablement leader who is looking to develop and launch a best-in-class revenue enablement program for an industry leader with a uniquely powerful mission? Do you enjoy partnering across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive strong alignment and measurable revenue results?

As a Sales Enablement Director at Flashpoint, you will get to do all of those things, including ensuring we have the strategy, content, tools, processes and accountability measures needed to (1) enable our sellers to achieve their targets by building pipeline, increasing conversions, accelerating deal velocity, and delivering a superior customer experience along the way; and (2) successfully onboard and ramp newly-hired sellers within targeted timeframes with demonstrable quota attainment improvement.

We have a role for you if, you:

  • built and scaled high-impact revenue enablement programs in Scale Up growth environments, achieving measurable improvements in sales velocity, win rates and/or quota attainment.

  • have experience in delivering on programs aligned with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies, specifically tailored for complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales cycles

  • have experience with implementing and maintaining leading revenue enablement tools for content management, training and certification programs

  • have strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and CS

  • are data-centric, able to connect enablement programs with positive results in salesforce effectiveness at both strategic and tactical levels

  • have cybersecurity and or other enterprise SaaS/technology industry experience

What you will achieve

  • Within 30 days

    • You will have completed onboarding, gained a foundational understanding of our sales organization, and be ready to dive into the role

    • You have baselined/inventoried our current revenue enablement processes, tools, and our technology, identifying key strengths and immediate areas for improvement

    • You are able to articulate our products and services on a high level, with an initial understanding of our value propositions for key enterprise personas

  • Within 60 days

    • You will assess sales team effectiveness and gather sales leadership feedback to identify and prioritize program enhancements and opportunities, specifically targeting conversion rates and overall velocity.

    • You have an understanding of our overall corporate strategy, goals, KPIs and sales effectiveness metrics and have developed a strategic roadmap to ensure revenue enablement effort alignment, identifying key initiatives for the next 6-12 months

  • By 90 days

    • You will have begun executing a prioritized revenue enablement plan including enhancements to new-hire onboarding, ongoing sales effectiveness and certification, product and technology enablement and overview of tools, programs and processes required

    • You will have established effective internal program communications that inform, influence and drive adoption and measurable engagement of programs and deliverables

    • You will have developed and begun implementing a detailed project or program plan that considers all requirements, constraints, resources and deliverables associated with team and sales objectives and goals

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across an organization.

  • Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement programs that directly impact sales performance metrics.

  • A highly analytical and data-driven approach to identify gaps, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills to partner effectively with sales leaders, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Base Pay Range: $138,200-$183,600 per year plus target bonus
