About the Role:

At Deputy, we're passionate about empowering businesses to build thriving workplaces. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Enablement professional to join our team as a contractor and play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence.

As a contractor with our Enablement team, you'll be responsible for working with other Enablement professionals to lead delivery of comprehensive training programs as well as creating resources and tools that equip our entire Commercial organization – including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services – with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. You'll work closely with leaders across these functions, as well as product marketing and other teams, to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

Respnsibilities

  • Support the design and creation of new training and enablement content, while keeping existing content and tools up to date.
  • Facilitate sales and sales management training for new hires and seasoned sellers as well as Customer Success Managers, Partner Success Managers, Solution Engineers, etc.
  • Own end-to-end enablement: Drive the entire lifecycle of enablement programs, from ideation and content creation to delivery and measurement, for all Commercial functions.
  • Onboard new hires: Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs (live & e-learning) that quickly bring new employees within the Commercial team up to speed.
  • Translate technical content: Bridge the gap between technical product releases and the needs of our Commercial teams by creating consumable materials that are tailored to the team’s needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance: Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial functions to identify and address learning gaps, ensuring that our enablement initiatives align with business goals. 
  • Stakeholders include but are not limited to: Product, Product Marketing, Sales Architects, Delivery Services, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.
  • Empower teams: Partner with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services to deliver tailored enablement programs that meet the specific needs of their teams.
  • Serve as a consulting partner to the local leaders and deliver localized programming as applicable
  • Measure and Improve: Understanding how to set goals and KPIs and how to measure the impact of enablement programs. 
  • Domain expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of the various processes, tools, and knowledge required for success within the Commercial organization. Ensure programs and training are integrated into the Learning Management and/or Sales Enablement platforms as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience: In sales, customer success, technical support, enablement, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree: In a related field or equivalent experience
  • Broad GTM understanding: Experience with various commercial functions, such as sales, customer success, and service delivery.
  • Learning and development expertise: Proficiency in learning design, measurement, enablement tooling (SalesHood), and program management.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including discovery, problem-solving, and meeting facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and engage audiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and embrace new challenges.
  • Travel readiness: Willingness to travel as needed to support the team.
