The role / impact

At Xero, you will empower our Americas sales communities by delivering strategies and programmes that drive excellence and behavioural change. You will serve as a consultant to sales leaders in the USA and Canada, ensuring our teams possess the skills, mindset, and tools needed to provide a beautiful experience for our partners.

By applying modern learning approaches and best practices, you will help amplify our sales culture during a period of growth. Your work directly influences revenue outcomes by equipping sellers to lead with value and navigate complex market changes with confidence.

The team / how they connect

You will join the North America Sales Enablement team, a strategic and high-trust group within our Global Revenue Enablement function. The team operates remotely, working closely with sales readiness leads and senior designers to offer integrated coaching and resources that improve productivity across the region.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Localising and embedding Global Sales Enablement learning programmes specifically for the Americas market.

  • Optimising our best-in-class toolstack, including Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong, to drive data quality and seller efficiency.

  • Piloting innovative AI-assisted workflows and automated call feedback tools to enhance coaching outcomes.

  • Project managing strategic learning initiatives that help our partners adopt multiple products and sell the full platform value.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely within the USA or Canada. While our core team is based in Denver, we prioritise results and connection through digital collaboration and intentional boost days to ensure everyone feels supported and included.

  • You bring a wealth of experience in sales enablement within SaaS environments, with a talent for delivering engaging workshops and certifications.

  • Your background includes designing programmes that drive measurable results and genuine behavioural change across sales or partnership teams.

  • You possess high proficiency with enablement tools like Highspot or Gong and have explored how AI can streamline sales workflows.

  • A commercial mindset is natural to you, allowing you to translate complex information into simple, actionable narratives for sellers.

  • You thrive when working autonomously, demonstrating the initiative to make strategic decisions in fast-changing or ambiguous environments.

  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders comes easily to you, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.

While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.

The expected base salary range for this role in:

  • California, New York and Washington: $120,000 to 150,000 USD

  • All other States: $113,400 to $141,800 USD

Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.

In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:

  • Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 21 days PTO, 10 days of Wellbeing leave, 5 days of Xtra Leave, 1 volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave. Further information included on our Xero Perks page.
