Based in Mountain View, we are a team of passionate AI researchers, engineers, and advertising veterans. Join us in reinventing the advertising industry with AI.

We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our founding go-to-market team and help scale our revenue engine.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Director, you'll lead end-to-end acquisition of enterprise and mid-market customers, drive go-to-market strategy, and build repeatable revenue processes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in early-stage environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development

    • Own the full sales cycle: sourcing, pitching, closing, and onboarding new enterprise customers.

    • Drive outbound efforts and build pipeline through a combination of your own efforts and marketing partnerships.

    • Collaborate with the CEO and product team to refine ICP, pricing, and packaging.

  • Customer-Centric Sales Execution

    • Understand customer pain points deeply and communicate the value of Creatify’s AI-powered video generation platform.

    • Customize demos, pilots, and ROI narratives for performance marketers, creative teams, and brand decision-makers.

  • Sales Strategy & Enablement

    • Develop and iterate on repeatable sales playbooks and CRM hygiene.

    • Forecast revenue accurately, set quarterly quotas, and track key KPIs.

    • Share market and competitive insights with product and leadership to inform roadmap.

  • Team Building & Leadership

    • As the sales team scales, contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new AE(s) and SDR(s).

    • Help define the sales culture, tools, and operational rhythm from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For
  • 6–10+ years of experience in SaaS or MarTech/AdTech sales, with at least 3 years selling to performance or brand marketing teams.

  • Proven success in outbound-led sales and closing mid-to-large six-figure enterprise deals.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment; ideally 0→1 or 1→10 stage.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads). You know how to speak to ROAS, creative testing, and media buying metrics.

  • Strong storytelling and consultative selling skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilient, ambitious, and eager to grow.

  • Bonus: familiarity with the creative workflows of DTC brands, gaming studios, or performance agencies.

  • Bonus: experience selling AI/ML-based tools or generative AI products.

Why Join Us?
  • Work directly with the CEO and be part of the founding commercial team.

  • Shape the future of a product that’s redefining how brands create and scale ad content.

  • Competitive compensation package including base + commission + equity.

  • Full health, vision, and dental coverage.

  • Flexible remote work environment with a bias toward action and ownership.

We are an equal opportunity employer and highly value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
