What We are Looking For:The Sales Director is responsible for successfully driving the sales function in their allocated region, executing the sales strategy and being the enterprise leader for the sales team
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement successful sales strategies for the region in alignment with the overall company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify target markets, key customers, partners and sales channels to maximize revenue growth and market penetration according to overall business objectives.
- Work with prospects and customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
- Advise prospects on new and upcoming product features.
- Manage sales cycle – prospects through to onboarded customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Provide an orderly and seamless hand-over of new customers to our Customer Success and Customer Support teams.
- Attend conferences and industry events to promote Airlock Digital.
- Collaborate across the business on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and overcome obstacles to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations to Airlock Digital Leadership on sales strategies and product enhancements.
- 5+ years in technology sales.
- Experience executing go-to-market strategies and managing sales cycles across channels.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation and speaking skills.
- A sound understanding and working knowledge of cyber security industry, market and trends.
- Strong connections in relevant markets and/or ability to network with business owners and technology leaders of all-size.
- Recent experience as a senior sales leader with industry expertise and working in an expansion-stage, enterprise focused, B2B SaaS company.
- A strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and solution selling approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This OTE range for this position is USD $250,000.00 to $300,000.00. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
