Job Description

Job Summary:

Leadership position responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic initiatives, and supervising and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives. Manages the sales function across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving revenue growth. Fosters cross-functional collaboration to build effective partnerships and ensure business success.

Job Duties:
  • Executes sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Manages a team of sales professionals by providing coaching, performance feedback, and support to drive individual and team success.

  • Evaluates sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. Uses data insights to present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with dealers to expand market share and enhance dealer engagement.

  • Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, credit, funding) to drive sales performance and solve market challenges.  

  • Represents the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings, reinforcing brand leadership and expanding strategic networks.

  • Supports sales operations, including forecasting, talent management, and budget alignment.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices for the sales team and activities.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred

  • Work Experience: 12+ relevant experience, 6+ leadership experience

  • Advanced knowledge of sales processes, industry trends, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, lead, and motivate direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Committed to ethical leadership and professional representation of the organization.

  • Working knowledge of general and fund accounting and business practices to effectively manage and stay within budgets.

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, sales automation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to travel regularly to dealerships and support the sales team, while maintaining a professional appearance to support a positive company image. 

  • Must have a current valid driver’s license, with no major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including

skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.


The pay range for this role is $114,400.00 - $157,100.00 annually.
