Manage and update the account activities, including setting up new product listings and maintaining product and category pages.
Formulate sales plans for current and prospective accounts.
Manage advertising to ensure listing visibility and budget is met.
Use trends, markets, and consumer surveys to identify growth opportunities.
Research and analysis of self-owned competitive market and competitive marketing strategy.
Provide customer support and maintain positive customer feedback.
Day-to-day operations of the business to achieve aggressive sales goals and profitability targets.
Direct and build eCommerce team.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
A minimum of 3 years’ eCommerce manager experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
MS office, strong Excel skills required.
Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Experience in major marketplace platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Experience in market analysis.
