We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative

Remote | Full-Time | Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 | Commission Incentive  

Are you a natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments? Want to grow your career with a company that’s disrupting the insurance tech space?

Input 1 is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our outbound efforts and create new opportunities with insurance agents and decision-makers. You’ll be the first line of contact—setting the tone, opening doors, and driving growth.

This is a remote position, but you must be based in the Western U.S. or able to work Pacific Time hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make 150+ outbound calls & send 150+ emails weekly

  • Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy

  • Use tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach

  • Stay sharp on industry trends & product knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication skills + proactive attitude

  • Sales experience (SDR, AE, inside sales—bonus if in insurance)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools

  • Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus!

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, strategic lists, and meeting quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, from first contact until hand-off to Business Development Officers.

· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.
