Role Overview
We’re looking for a hungry, highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR)to spearhead outbound sales to private wealth managers, trust & estate attorneys, and select UHNW-adjacent professionals. This is a commission-only, high-impact role where you will own outreach, build a pipeline, and secure first-call introductions with the CEO. You will then support follow-up and
help close deals, earning commission on every sale. This role is ideal for someone who is relentless with outreach, thrives in a startup environment, and wants to earn meaningful upside in a premium, UHNW-focused space.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound email outreach to private wealth managers and related partners.
• Distribute Abacus’ white papers, one-pagers, and marketing materials to drive interest.
• Qualify targets and secure first-call meetings with the CEO; Join the CEO on intro calls.
• Following intro calls, send pricing, structure follow-up communication, and push deals to close.
• Maintain a clean outreach tracker/pipeline and adjust messaging based on response data and market feedback.
• Represent the Abacus brand with polish and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
• Strong written communication —especially via email; Comfortable sending large volumes of outbound messages daily.
• Highly organized and persistent with follow-up; able to tailor messaging to UHNW-level clients and gatekeepers.
• Experience in outbound sales, appointment-setting, or fundraising (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of private wealth, financial services, or UHNW markets is a plus.
• Self-motivated, can operate independently, and thrives in a commission-driven role.
